Your Lunch Awaits You

Don’t know what to have for lunch?  

Last year, one of my favorite detox recipes was hummus chicken with lemon. Here is an easy on-the-go variation of that recipe. I present you with Hummus Chicken Salad:

1 can of chicken & 1/4 cup of your favorite hummus, & a tsp. of dried (or fresh) cilantro-all mixed together and placed on a mix of: 

1/2 cup arugula lettuce

1/4 cup orange pepper, diced

1 green onion, chopped 

5-6 cherry tomatoes & a sprinkle of Parmesan and Feta cheese. I found that the salad was moist enough that it did not need dressing. 

Serve with 2oz  Ninxa Red in 8 oz of water.
