The Best Part of Your Time Is…

Working from home means you need to have a schedule. Here is a schedule I’m doing plus a few healthy habits I’m incorporating. 


Morning–

7-8 am Wake-up and Workout. Weather permitting working out will =swimming;) 

           -A cup of Iced-coffee (8 oz of almond milk, 6 oz of coffee + Ice:D)

 8-9 am Shower, Devotions, Prayer  and Breakfast  

             -(Juice with Mineral Essence + Grapefruit EO)

              Breakfast Options:

             cereal with Keifer  and fruit

             smoothie (We often use Protein Complete

            – Eggs, toast and fruit

9-10 Blogging!  I always carry a little notebook with me for inspiration! The use of phones for taking notes has become increasingly popular, but call me old-school I still love my handy-dandy notebook. 

10-11 Research and Read   — I’m reading : Spirit Driven Success by Dani Johnson. Building into yourself is just as important as working! 

11-12:30  Preparation  for projects or classes 

 12:30-1:30 Lunch Break! (and or nap;)

               Great Lunch Options are:

            -Baked Potatoes with sautéed zucchini, onions, green onions and                                                           almonds and cheese

             –Hummus Chicken over greens

            -Peanut Butter on Banana with Yogurt

            -Salad

            – Leftovers

I also take this time to do whatever is that I want for FUN. Maybe that’s go swimming, play a game, watch TV, whatever!

1:30- 2:30 Calls/Emails

2:30-3:30 Social Media. I love establishing a place for YOU to be able to connect.

3:30- 4 Break (and snack!)  

            Great Snack options are:

            -Coffee with Almond Milk 

           –Frozen Ningxa Red

            -Almonds or Pistachios

             -Fruit with PB or Yogurt

           — Homemade Granola

4-4:30 To-do’s for next day  and close up shop

4:30-7:30 Housework/ Dinner (Check out my Dinner Series HERE) 

(Once a week) 8-8:30pm Online/Class/Call —->>> Join our next FREE class HERE 

Throughout the day I diffuse Peppermint, Lemon or Grapefruit Essential Oil to keep me alert plus drink LOTS of water!
